Public Notice
Under Indiana Code 36-8-12-16, a volunteer fire department that provides service within a jurisdiction served by the department may establish a schedule of charges for the services that the department provides not to exceed the state fire marshal's recommended schedule for services. On-scene assistance:
Each hour, or fraction thereof, of on-scene assistance — $400.00 per response unit and $200.00 per command/control vehicle. -
